	Abbreviated time lines and itinerary for each vendors job function

	Design and décor sessions including table top design
	Arrange, coordinate and inventory all rentals if needed (tent, furniture, chinaware etc.)
	Create one month out itinerary and finalize timeline
	Follow up with all service providers to review timeline, itinerary, answer questions, confirm final payments
	Compile final list of vendor payment balances and list of items to bring to final meeting
	Create seating diagram, finalize guest count, food and beverage requirements to venue’s contact person
	Final meeting with couple week of the wedding
	Rehearsal practice coordination
	Oversee and manage set up of events

	Bring an emergency bag (mints to garment repairs)
	Additional travel fee may apply time outside Manchester and Mountains area
